Most of my snacks right now are Chewy Yogurt bars, or Nutrigrain bars. I`ve also found that drinking some orange juice is a snack for me... back when I ate a lot, juice would never be enough to fill me up. I also drink peppermint tea when I know I shouldn`t be having any snacks.
I`ve got a big grocery order coming, and then I can have more variety. I like those black licorice cigars because they`re only 50 calories and about 0.4 grams of fat, vegetables dipped in hummus or red pepper dip, Triscuits with light cream cheese, or saltines with peanut butter.
