  • This is a question for everyone, Im just curious

I have been eating between 1800-2000 calories a day for about a week now, my nutrionist gave me this calorie level. Im happy with it and Im slowly losing weight.
  • I'm at about 1500.
  • 1200-1500 a day, when I'm being good, although I don't count calories strictly at all (eg. I count most vegetables as zero and often over-estimate how many calories something has) so it could be more or less than that. I've been looking at labels since I was 14 though, so I have a pretty good idea of what's in most foods.

I think if I had an active job I would have more, but I spend most of the day sat around, really only exercising when I go to the gym.
  • Anywhere from 1200-1800. I eat more calories on days I'm exercising and getting a lot of activity, less when I'm being slug-like.
  • I'm aiming for 2000 right about now. I'm tall and I'm fat, so, it's a conservative place to be at.
  • 1200 and no exercise for me.
  • 1100-1200, with an hour of exercise a day normally
  • I vary from 1100-1300, and feel quite satisfied. I do not exercise vigorously (shoulder and knee injuries), but I do do moderate cardio, weight lifting, and dance.
  • I started at 1800 and continue to lose on that. I exercise pretty intensely 5-7 days a week and unless I'm at work I rarely slow down because I have 2 toddler boys.
  • I try to stay between 1200 & 1500. Besides school and working out Im pretty lazy so the closer I stay to 1200 the better off I am.
  • Around 1600 if I exercise, around 1400 if I don't.
  • I count carbs, but am usually around 1700 to 1900 calories per day.
  • 1200 - 2000 for me, based on activity level. I try to keep a calorie deficit of about 750.
  • 1200-1400 when I'm not working out...
probably closer to 1500 or 1600 when I am
  • I try and stick to around 1700.
