Anyone else doing bodyweight exercises?

    I am doing Eddie Baran's bodyweight bodysculpting exercises for women and was wondering if anyone else was doing them or something similiar. I really like them because its concise and intense and so I don't have to do them for a hour to see the results.
  • Body weight exercises are a great workout... In time, when you get used to them, you can vary the workouts by balancing on one foot/hand, etc...

    I haven't done the DVD you mention, but body weight exercises are an excellent workout...
  • I love them! They make my muscles long and lean and you don't need any equipment!
