was dec 5th, I am officially the big 3-0!!! OMG! haha, I'm kind of excited actually.

I had a great time on my bday and it was my last real pig out day. lol.

I know it's only been 3 days strictly on plan (Less stricly but still kinda workin' it before that for awhile) but I feel so much better already.
