  • Alright, so I know it's December, I know we're busy but moving our butts and taking care of ourselves should never take a month off, so even if there are small goals, let's have them!

Ok, this still feels funny. But here are FSA's words of wisdom once again:

Hi ladies : ) Here is to a new month!

To those of you who would like to join in....please feel free. All are welcome and we are here to post our minutes/goals to hold ourselves accountable and to help support and encourage one another.

We all have various goals and different fitness levels, there is no wrong or right here whether it be 10 min. a day or walk 3x a week, etc. We tailor our workouts according to our own best individual needs. The girls here rock and are very supportive so if you should be just starting out don't hesitate .

Exercise goals will be listed listed here, while weight loss goals, etc. will be listed in our sister thread, "December Weight Loss Challenge".
  • So in the spirit of things, my goals are:

    1. Resistance Training and ab work 2x a week
    2. To follow my Triathlon Training (minus the swim)
  • I'm in!

    Finish up the P90X program.

I might shoot for some extra cardio on my ST'ing days as well, but I'm not officially committing to it because this month will be extra crazy with the holidays and I don't want to start feeling bad if I miss cardio here and there.
  • My goals for the month:

    1. Weight training 3 days per week.

    2. Cardio every day I'm not working a 12 hour day shift. So 5-6 days.
  • Minutes Goal~ 1300
Gym Goal~ Minimum 4 times per week
  • Will be back to post goals. December snuck up on me. Can't wait to see continued fat loss on this crazy bod!!
  • I'm in.

I'd like to walk at least five miles per week, so a total of at least 20 miles this month.
  • Day 1 - I know it's still November there, but it isn't here.

Got up at 5am and did a HIIT cardio workout - laps of the soccer oval, 2.5 jogging, .5 sprint, 1 lap fast walk recovery. I planned to do 5 repeats (20 laps), but I got to the end and thought bugger it, I feel so good I'll keep going. So I did another one, and ended up with 24 laps! Yay me!

Plus I've got an appointment with a PT this afternoon.

Almost the same goal as last month, to continue progressing through Couch to 5K. By the last week of the month I'll be running for 30 minutes at a time, which is truly hard to believe.

On top of that, I am going to add 3 days of yoga OR strength-training.
