November Exercise for Us 30's

  • So I know that there is a thread like this in the Exercise Forum, but I thought it would be cool to do it together here in the one place I always post and know most about people. Just make a post and go back and edit it each day and fill in what you did for exercise that day. It can be minutes, miles, how ever you keep track.

    Let's start today November 11th and post our exercise!

    LETS DO IT!

    11 - None, recovering from illness.
    12 - 40 minutes power walking, a little running here and there. 10 min of Yoga...yes I'm logging this!!
    13 - 40 minutes on the treadmill
    14 - Weekend
    15 - Rest
    16 - 40 minutes treadmill, ran for 1min every 5
    17 -
    18 - 40 min, run 1/5min (380cals)
    19 - 40 min, run 1/5min (404cals)
    20 - 30 min walking/30 min chasing kids at the park (174cals)

    15--5 mile walk at my local park with intervals of jogging.

    16--No More Trouble Zones by Jillian Michaels.
    In it's entirity, a first for me!

    17-- Leslie Sansone's Walk Away The Pounds-3mile=45 minute cardio.

    18--Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred level 1=20 minute total body workout with cardio + BL Cardio Max level 1 20 minutes cardio.

    19--Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred level 1=20 minute total body workout with cardio.

    20--Rest Day. I think I'm getting sick. No appatiete, no energy, congested and sore knee.

    21--Power walk in the park 4.25miles 1hr5m.

    22- Power walk 4 miles

    23- BL Cardio Max levels 1 and 2= 30min total. BL Power Sculpt levels 1 and 2= 30 minutes.

    24- Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred level 1

    14- 30 minutes Yoga, 1 hour circuit training
    15- Rest
    16- 30 Minutes Yoga, 30 Minutes aerobics, strength training
    17- 30 minutes Yoga, 45 minutes water aerobics
    18- 30 minutes Yoga, 30 minutes strength training
    19- 30 mintes Yoga, 30 minutes body sculpt with Gilad on FitTV - Ran in place during commercials so made the whole 30 minutes!
    20- 30 minutes Yoga, 30 minutes body sculpt with Gilad again... I think I'm addicted, lol
    21- 30 minutes Yoga, 1.5 hours of Gilad today... rest tomorrow!

    30 Nov 46 min walk/ some other exercise at mandatory PT in about 30 minutes

    I definitely started strong and tapered off...I guess I burned out a bit...
