Any Phase 1 People??

  • Well today I started back on South Beach at Phase 1. I had a lot of success with it about a year ago and then fell off the wagon. I gained back some of the weight but not all.
    Today was a pretty good day, but I forgot how many eggs you have to have in Phase 1. I remember dreading eggs after about a week.
    Anyone have some delicious breakfast ideas?

  • I started Phase 1 a week ago, and frankly, lasted three days with the eggs. I like eggs, but eating them every morning was not appetizing after a while. I have to admit that I "cheated" and am having high-fiber cereal for breakfast. It seems to be OK, since I lost 10 pounds last week, but everyone's different...

    When I do have eggs for breakfast, I will add turkey sausage and a shallot and scramble the eggs with them. Tasty!
