I am going to edit this from now on, hopefully it will be really long by the end of the day
1.Just did this 10 reps x2
2.I dare you to do 10 push-ups (in whatever form, military style, against the wall, on your knees) and 10 crunches(completed)
3.I dare you to do 30 bicep curls with at least 3lb weights, standing on ONE FOOT!!! (great exercise that works the core aswell!). (completed)
4.fast jog on the spot for 1 minute.
then do steps for 2 minutes - but each time you step up -lift your legs up , so your knee is coming up to your chest. (use a small step stool or use your stairs)
repeat the sequence - 5 times. this will burn just over 100 calories. have fun! (completed)!
