Success with Meal Replacements??

    I just wanted to hear your thoughts on using meal replacements in your "lifestyle change".

    I just started using Slim-Fast, replacing one meal a day - breakfast or lunch - will change day to day.

    Have you used them?? Are you thinking about using them?? Have they helped??
  • Yes they help if you do it long term...

    I do my own meal replacement with whey protein powder, bananas, blueberries, strawberries and some lowfat yogurt.

    You might have to search and find the most nutritionally sound for you, as I believe slimfast packs quite a few grams of sugar.
  • Or you could try the slimfast high protein, to keep you fuller longer. It's in the yellow ccan.
