Hi all,
I love fish. I was wondering which type of fish is the healthiest to get. I usually go for salmon. Is that good???
I just add a little bit of soy sauce, pepper, housen sauce to the salmon piece and set it to marinate, and then just put it in a pan with 4-5 drops of olive oil. I cook it on both sides till its done. Am I adding too much fat??? should I not use oil since salmon probably has enough fat??
another thing is that i bought low sodium chicken broth and veggie broth. But I have no idea what to do with it. I know they can be used for stew-- but how?? any healthy recipe??
thanks!
