Revised Phase One Allowed Foods List?

    Hi All

    I've heard somewhere, I think somewhere here (although now I can't find it of course) that the allowed foods list has been adapted and revised in recent years.
    Can someone let me know what these are or tell me where I can find a list that applies to Phase 1?
