Can anyone please give me some advice on how to handle stress and not eating?

I think it helps to do something that really does relieve stress. Go for a walk, talk a bath, call up someone you haven't talked to in a while, whatever.
I too had a stressful day and just kept telling myself "eating everything in sight will not make it better.".
