  • The one reason I will stay on plan today is because I am worth it.
  • Because I'm too sick to exercise, so my eating needs to be spot on!
  • because I have 2.4 pounds to lose in order to get to my goal of losing 40 pounds by September 9.
  • because I'm really proud of myself.
  • I will stay on plan today because this is the time of year I tend to fall off the wagon and I'm not going to allow that to happen.
  • Because I can do this, it is ridiculous that food can control me like this!
  • Because I want to be the best me, I can be.
  • Because I am tired of bouncing around the 220's - I want this decade gone!
  • Because there will be tons of photos taken in that halter top bridesmaid dress.
  • because I'm tired of feeling bad about myself.
  • Because I want to feel beautiful and confident. Because I'm sick of giving up when it gets too hard.
  • I will stay on plan because I want to be able to report favorable results this time next year.
