I just registered for a blog, and the title was cut-off by 2 characters; when entering the title, I was not made aware that there was a character limit before I committed to the title. Anyway of re-writing the title so that it fits??

Yes, you can change the blog title any time Go to your Settings tab (on the right side of the blog control panel) and update the title.
