Fresh grown zucchini sounds divine! Lucky you!
I had a Vitatop (Double CHocolate Chip) w/ a cup of fat free milk for breakfast. I will be having a piece of fruit w/ a light cheese stick here after my workout!
A salad: big handful of spinach, big handful of mixed greens, 1/2 can of water-packed tuna, 1 Tbs slivered almonds, 1 Tbs craisins, 2 Tbs pear & blue cheese dressing. Yummy! Oh - and a cup of blueberry tea.
