Perhaps I'm out of it but what does "O_o" mean?

It's a face that is boggling, out of shock. It's like wide-eyed. There's also O_O and o_o and 0_0 and O-O and O.o , etc.

I have a friend who wouldn't buy it because it says Fat Free. She stopped eating Swedish Fish when they put FF on the label. I told her that they had ALWAYS been FF. She'd want the full fat water, please.

At least they arent lying....
