  • How much salmon did you consume for 39 calories? Just wondering--I eat lots of it! Way more than 39 calories for me though!

    Are you looking for ways to get more calories in or out? What is your daily intake target?

    Assuming you ate a very small, small portion of salmon, I would think you would need more protein.
