Lunch- Chicken Salad Phase 1

  • This was very filling!

    1 Can drained Chicken (I use the 98% fat free kind)
    1 Hard Boiled egg (chopped up)
    1 tbsp Mayo
    1 tbsp Mustard
    1 Celery stalk cut into small peices
    Pepper
    Chipotle Powder

    Mix all and enjoy!
