I just joined 3FC today! I've been reading alot but had a question. I did the SB diet a year or so ago, but quit after a week! I'm ready to start again in 2 weeks(when I get paid), to stock my kitchen with the right foods. Something I read said NO dairy for Phase 1..but then when I saw a list it said 1% or fat free milk and plain fat-free yogurt is ok. Can someone clarify what is allowed for dairy in Phase 1? Thanks so much!
