20 minutes on the treadmill

  • I am so excited that I was able to finally reach my goal of 20 minutes on the treadmill with out stopping! I have battling knee issues for months because of my weight and now 70lbs lighter I was able to do my 20 minutes at 2.5 miles/hr. My next goal I have set is to do 30 minutes!
  • Yay!!!!!! I know I felt really good when I did my first 20 mins. Thats all I an do right now. We will get to 30 min in no time!!!!

    That is truly great. You will really start to notice weight loss once you get up to the 30 min mark. Try to do it in the morning before you eat. You will burn more fat.
