WHOOSH!!!!!!!
I feel like I got some heavenly reward for starting back up again! I was laying in my bed, debating whether or not to get up and exercise or just laze around, and then my kids were knocking on the door and I had to get up anyway, and then I thought to myself - well, should I weigh myself or not? I ate well yesterday, did a bit of exercise and screwed my head back on about getting back to weight loss......and here it is!
