I wish to add my mini goal here. My daughter is making her First communion in may, and I would like to be at least 10 lbs lighter by then so buying a pretty outfit won't be as depressing.
Sometimes all it takes is to cut out the small things like sugar in your coffee if you have it, this worked for me to reduce my calories and over a period of time I lost a lot of weight from this, good luck!!

Ten pounds is realistic and healthy loss for that time.
