  • Doesn't look like I posted yesterday's minutes: 60 (cardio/abs/stretching) and today I did 110 minutes (training session/cardio/stretching) for a total of 170.

    Personal Total: 360 + 170 = 530

    Group Total: 2872 + 170 = 3042
  • I've got 60 to add!

    Group total ~ 3042 + 60 = 3102 min
  • 120 min walking in the mall!

    Group Total 3102 + 120 = 3222 min
  • 60 minutes cardio

    3222+60=3282
  • 45 min today. Just didn't have the extra 15 in me. I'll make up for it tomorrow...

    Personal: 530 + 45 = 575

    Group: 3282 + 45 = 3327
  • Personal--65 minutes + 60 minutes (2 days)= 125 minutes out

    Group Total--3327 + 60 = 3387


    I think we're doing pretty good. Let's keep it up.

  • 12 minutes walking the dog, didn't get as much in today as I would have liked but I'm doing great so far this month and am on track to make my goal

  • I haven't been posting daily, and this is my first time to post. Here's my total for last week:

    33 minutes on the elliptical, ow!
  • This morning's workout; 80 minutes ~ treadmill, weights, treadmill. 3822 + 80 = 3902
  • 60 minutes cardio

    3902+60=3962
  • **20 mins on the Arc Trainer [375 cals out!]**
    **20 mins strength training**

    3,962 + 40 = 4,002

    230/400 for my personal goal. And I've decided I'm going to up my goal to 800, since I've been making it to the gym and whatnot so much! I should be able to do it. :] Especially with my trip to St. Louis coming up, and lots of walking to be done! I think I might be able to get in 1,000 mins, but I don't want to push it, so if I go over, that's cool. :]
