  • 20 minutes walking last night with my son and discussing the complexities of women, 33 minutes cardio, and 15 minutes samba dancing.

    Group Total 11789 + 20 + 33 + 15=11857

    personal total 1291/2000 loving those numbers
  • Okay, I've got 80 min to add. 20 min of a walk/jog and 60 min weights at the gym!

    Group total ~ 11857 + 80 = 11,937 min

    Group Total 11937 + 25=11972
  • 10 minutes elliptical + 45 minutes free weights (back, shoulders, chest, arms) + 15 minutes treadmill = 70 minutes

    11,972 + 70 + 12,042!!!!!
  • 90 minutes cardio (multiple cardio workouts during the day) + 12042 = 12132
  • 50 min walking

    700 personal

    group total 12132+50=12182
  • Could only get in 20 min gazelle yesterday.

    12,182 + 20 = 12,202
  • 18 minutes on the treadmill and 25 minutes on the nautilus machines = 43 minutes for today.

    Personal Total= 43 + 563 = 606 minutes! Woo-hoo! I beat my goal of 600 minutes for the month.

    Group Total= 43 + 12,202 = 12,245
  • 12,245 + 40 (treadmill) + 40 (weights) = 12,325
  • It's a nice night so we walked to and from dinner... 30 min each way.

    Group total ~ 12,325 + 60 = 12,385 min

    Can't you just SMELL 15,000 minutes???
  • 30 minutes elliptical + 10 minutes treadmill (I was still hurting from the long upper body free weights session last night) = 40 minutes

    12,385 + 40 = 12,425
  • 60 min for me tonight at the gym.

    Personal: 1780 + 60 = 1840

    Group: 12425 + 60 = 12485
  • 25 minutes cardio + 12485 = 12510

    According to my GWF armband, the several hours I spent packing boxes, carrying them up and down stairs, unpacking and putting things away boiled down to 25 minutes of actual "exercise" levels of elevated heart-rate. But tonight, it feels like I did so much more!

    I'm in a hotel room tonight, and I'm watching TV and miss bouncing on my Fitball. I tried bouncing on the bed...good thing I'm on the ground floor!
