in baked good form, I swear! It would take a woman with ironclad willpower to resist those things, hehe... I'm pretty sure the last time someone shoved a plate of those under my nose, I ate 4 or 5 without even thinking about it.
But hey, you're doing fine. If you had a gain from them, it was indubitably mostly water weight, and you'll be back down soon. Stay strong!

That is awesome news! And I don't at all blame you for choosing to limit your weigh-ins to once a week... I used to weigh every day and it drove me NUTS, so I switched to just doing Mondays and Fridays, but I think I might be in the process of switching back to weighing daily, because I feel like I've finally gotten more accustomed to seeing the spikes and dips of the numbers, so I can handle it now, heh. IMHO ya gotta do whatever works best for you!

As for me, today I weighed in at exactly
171.0 lbs on the dot! That's a loss of 0.4 lbs since yesterday, so I'm glad to see that I'm somehow still managing to lose, even after the outrageous streak of losses I had last week. I would never expect to continue at that rate (that wouldn't be healthy at my current weight!), but I'm glad that it hasn't all screeched to a halt, either. I'm expecting that I might bounce around a little more before my weight settles down, but hopefully I'll at least lose 1-2 lbs over the course of this week... Especially since I'm now getting sooo close to the 160s that I swear I can SMELL it, man!! Eeeek, I'm so excited!!
