I borrowed (or stole) that phrase from Finz, just for the record
It's WAY easy to stray - too much good food that's off plan even though I know better. What was positive for me this time was that instead of gaining it all back plus a few more lbs, like I have after other weight losses, once I'd gained about half back I said "That's it, no more" and went back. (That is one of the advantages of giving away all your "fat" clothes - I didn't have any to fall back on & was down to just a couple of pairs of jeans that I could wear).
For me, I like that it's a structured & balanced plan, I like the accountability. I NEED the structure & especially the accountability. I like that there's a definite maintenance plan, and I know it works (because it worked for me for a good 18 months before I fell off the wagon & let it roll over me). And for my body, I like that it's pretty low in carbs because I know how carb-sensitive I am.
