Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss:binging and sticking with workout routine. sometimes i do well for a time but when i fall off, i fall hard. i have a hard time keeping up with the gym routine because i hate the actual working out but love the feeling afterwards.
Following any specific plan: *trying* to count calories. just signed up for fitday.com yesterday, so we'll see how that goes. going to the gym some. so far only about 2 or 3 times a week. do 4 miles run, 1/2 mile walk, and some free weights.
What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past:I am sick of being so fat and feeling bad about myself. i am always the fattest person in pictures of friends and family. i want to be able to even fit into my fat jeans again. and then ditch them for smaller jeans.
Anything else you would like to share with us: i really want this to be the time! i also am trying to quit smoking.
