I'm not LAWL myself but thought this would interest people who are dealing with looking for refunds, etc.
Interesting that this is a franchise....in this case (La Quinta CA, which I think is by Palm Springs?) the owner LEFT A BUH-BYE MESSAGE ON HER CELLPHONE blaming the "corporate office," yet, she was selling long term plans just days before!
What a racket!
