For those of you who are new or never checked out fitday.com , CHECK IT OUT!!! What a cool website! I can not believe it's free!

It is pretty cool. I used to use it, but stopped because they never had any of the food I eat in their database, and I was far too lazy to add them all in.

I used, and still use, FitDay every day. I'm an addict. Every day I plan my menus, enter my food, check my macros...it's such a great tool!

FitDay is okay but I love www.thedailyplate.com. It has everything I eat - the database is huge and its FREE!
