Hi girlies! I was thinking about going to buy My Health Coach for my nintendo DS tomorrow and i was just wondering if any of you have it and what opinons you have about it...?

dang, I saw a new reply and thought someone was in the know. I guess I'm off to google it.

I thought it was an american creation! ok, basically its a "game" for your ds. It tracks your weight loss and gives you tips for being healthy. It calculates your bmi etc and makes u little graphs! It also comes with a pedometer that you can then plug into the ds and tells you how many cals you've burnt i think. Imgoing to buy it today, i'll let you know what i think!
