pre/post workout snacks??

  • I know that someone posted the other day a nice list of snacks for pre/post workout. But I cannot find them now??

    Could someone please point me in the right direction??

  • A great pre-workout type snack is something with carbs, as they will break down and be used by the body quickly - more quickly than fat/protein. Stuff like fruit is probably the best option, to be eaten 1hr/40mins before your workout.
