The scale is pretty much at a standstill for me. I did start a new lifting and exercise program at the beginning of Sept, and this is why measurements are so important. Even though the scale is not moving, I put on my incentive size 8 jeans today, and they fit! Zipped up comfortably and I didn't need to suck it in LOL!

So, 3FCers, it isn't always about the scale!
