  • I use lots of different mustards. My fav has to be dijon though it gives it some spice. And like everyone else has said loaded with veggies!!
  • Quote: I love garden burgers as well and top those with tomatoes and laughing cow cheese.

One of my all-time favorite is a low-fat ham and pepper jack cheese sandwich that is dipped in egg whites and grilled. I then dip it in sugar-free syrup.
Those sound good, and the latter should make a good breakfast
  • I use Nature's Own whole wheat (50 calories per slice) bread and Hellman's low-fat (20 calories per Tbsp) mayo.

Ham with honey mustard, lettuce and tomato

Turkey with fresh baby spinach and cranberry aioli (Blend 1 Tbsp cranberry sauce, 1/2 Tbsp. Hellman's low-fat mayo, chopped fresh or crushed dried rosemary to taste)

Cucumber sandwich -- spread 1/4 cup Philadelphia Garlic Herb whipped cream cheese (comes in a tub) on bread and top with thin slices of cucumber.
