  • Do you think these are SB friendly? - they LOOK pretty healthy but I wasn't sure. It says "whole grain bread"

  • Enriched wheat flour is not whole grain but there's lots of other good stuff in there. It might be OK.
  • thanks! - So basically it looks like it would be a much better choice than some of the other things they have but still not 100% SB friendly.

    That is for the Egg White Turkey Sausage Flatbread sandwich BTW. they have a lot of other things but as for food only the Flatbread sandwiches look ok. (as far as I can tell)
  • it's mostly enriched white flour...
  • Why can't they just use good bread and make it ok?!?!
  • Too much white flour, too many ingredients, and BHA as a preservative would make me take a pass.
