I'm sure this has been discussed on this board, but I can't find it anywhere, and I'm struggling with the search function here. My search is never long enough. I don't get it. Anyway -
Does anyone have this? Do you like it? Is it beneficial as an added part of a workout? I don't look for this to be my main form of workout. I do Turbo Jam and just started 30 day shred. But I would love to try to add this in. Is it worth using it for a workout on the days I don't feel like actually "working out"?? I am down almost 30 pounds and have about 20 left to go. So I have worked really hard the last 7 months and just want to keep active, but I'm getting burned out and I don't want to let that happen. So I need to mix it up and do something fun.
What are your favorite things about the Wii fit and what do just LOVE about it? Anything you don't like?
BTW -- I've been looking all over for this and haven't been able to find it. But a friend just called me and she found me one today! She bought it and I will have it by 5 tonight! I'm super excited about trying it out.
