    Jessicaca - I too like to see new numbers. Its nice to win these challenges, but I like to see everyone else succeed too.....I would like to see someone else win this one.....I would imagine it wouldn't be much fun if only the same person won over and over again....Jessicaca if you wanna see what all I'm doing just check out my blog...I post daily what's going on w/ me plus activity and food. Your gettin' to a pretty low weight there....it gets harder to lose weight the less you weigh because you don't burn as many calories cause it doesn't take as much energy to move your body because it weighs less....consider this...if you do an exercise...say squats or lunges and hold 20 pound weights....it starts to get really hard pretty quick...and hurts like crazy.......but if a couple of days later you do the squats and lunges without the weights it may still be hard but it isn't as hard and you can do it longer before it starts to hurt ....**that didn't sound right did it?? LOL** Anyways....you see what I mean...I figured at your height, weight, and age your BMR (basal metabolic rate) is around 1,803 calories....so if you shoot for 1,200 to 1500 calories a day to eat you can cut automatically between 300-600 calories a day without any exercise at all.....check out a few exercise calculators on the web to see what you are burning and just add it to the calories you cut from exercise..

  • Thank you Melissa I will check it out and see what your doing! I'm gonna spy on ya lol!!! I started thinking today maybe I'm just not eating enough! I am going to see about keeping track of the food just to see and I am going to try and start doing 3 miles instead of 2 see how that goes!

    Last challenge was the first one where I actually gained weight overall. TOM sucks. Well, here's to a better challenge for me.

    Wow - the next time one of these challenges start - I might have a GW in the 130's!! Wou;dn't that be awesome, LOL. Turns out I've lost just over 10% of my body weight - 166 - 148.8 - YIPPEE~~!!!

    Should the new starting weight be the current weight to start or the starting weight from the last challenge? Help. lol.
