I will do that measuring thing. I am unable to exercise yet other than an occasional short walk, my hips and knees and one of my ankles are still to stressed. Soon though, soon.
I have gained 2 pounds this week..147 from 145..I had many cheat days this week..I was not on track..I didnt meet my mini goal too:-(( ..But i am into the wagon again..I dont want to get all my weight back
