Today is day 1 for me. It is a 3 day detox plan.
Its a pretty easy plan to follow for the 3 days.
1st day 5 protein shakes and dinner is a large salad with lean fish or meat.
2nd day every 2 hours you eat fresh fruit and a large salad for dinner and a protein shake.
3rd day the same as day 2.
It says you loose UP to 9 pounds in 3 days. So I shall see how much I loose.
TOM is here so I don't know how well I will do with the pounds going down.
Has anybody tried this plan?
