    Well here I am again.....to be truthful, I don't know why I ever went away.

    As you'll notice from my ticker, I'm not exactly at my goal weight anymore so I've decided to try and nip this in the bud before it gets out of hand. Don't get me wrong it could be much worse than it is (I'm still wearing most of my "skinny" clothes but the seams are starting to yell at me), but I'm just not happy about where I am and I see a dangerous road ahead if I don't do something right now.

    So here I am again - saying hello to all old faces (Linda, I've sent you a PM) and looking forward to meeting all of the new!

    Let's get at it!

    WB Dee! I've often thought of you and wondered how you are doing! Glad to hear you've kept nearly all that weight off, so congrats to that! You've definitely been a inspiration of mine! Look forward to seeing you posting again!

    Hey, Dee--welcome back!! I always wonder how people are doing after they disappear. I'm so happy to see you here. Well, not to see that you're struggling somewhat, but you're very smart to conquer it now instead of waiting till it's out of hand. I'll never forget the day I saw your new avatar pic--I was SO amazed!!! And still am, of course!
