new muffin i tried

  • I made this tonight for DH and i....yummie. I actually used whole wheat flour vs regular flour. They turned out good...try it

  • That sounds good. I wonder if we could substitute agave nectar for the corn syrup.
  • Those muffins look good. I substitute whole wheat pastry flour for all purpose in almost everything!

    Suzanne~I've used brown rice syrup in place of corn syrup before, so I'm sure agave would work. It may not be quite as sweet, but I find most baked goods too sweet for my tastes anyway.
  • suzann let me know if the agave nectar works better. I found the muffins slightly sweet but not too bad.
  • Those sound really good. Unfortunately, there was some crop problem and I can't find canned pumpking anywhere! Oh well, I'll try again later.
