I everyone--new to the forum and SB (see post below). I just ate the "peanut butter cup," which was SSOOO delicious! However, now I am feeling super guilty about it, because of the cool whip. Could someone please reassure me that that amount of cool whip is ok, and maybe explain to me why its ok?

Are you using LF cool whip or fat free? The Fat Free is SB recommended and I like the ethe sugar free too cause it is also guilt free I use it in and on everything it seams like just make sure you stick to the surving size on the container and you should have nothing to worry about.

FF actual has a SB label on it and that is what I use but I am sure the SF is fine too I would avoid the LF
