Hi guys !
I hope everything is going well on your side !!
So I´ve been traveling a lot for work lately, which is great, I get to go to places like Austria and Czech Republic... but one of my weaknesses is bread, I love bread, there is no way I could give up bread, since I´m doing calorie counting I figure it out a way to put bread into my diet the problem now is that with the traveling, the only non white, remotely healthy bread I have available in my office is a french type of bread, what I do is I remove the "dough" (the soft inside part) and eat only the "crust"... as I´ve been told that most of the calories lie whithin the dough... but I have no idea how many calories the part I´m left with has...
I´m going with an estimate of 100 kcal/piece, but really just a guess... any ideas ?
Thanks !
