Southwest Chicken Soup

  • This is from Real Simple and I changed it up a bit:

    1 12 oz jar of Salsa verde
    1 can of Black Beans
    2 Cups of Chicken broth
    3 cups of cooked chicken, chopped(I used the Tyson shortcuts in the Fajita or southwestern flavor)
    Cilantro

    Heat up the Salsa in a pot for 2 minutes. Add everything else and bring it to a boil. Let it simmer for 10 minutes and you're done! You can sprinkle some cheese, add fat free sour cream...whatever! It is easy and yummy!
