I'm about 3 1/2 mos out from WLS and am loosely following the South Beach Diet. I would like to change my DH over to healthy homemade bread machine bread that I might occasionally be able to eat. Do any of you have a tried and true recipe?

Just bumping this because I would like to know, as well.

I've been trying like crazy to make something that we can eat and the results have been hideous. There is no snow on the ground right now and you can see several brown lumps in our yard. Even the birds won't touch them! The dogs carry them around and try gnawing them, but.....LOL!!

Sorry I can't help you here. I used to bake bread, but not since SBD. I hope one of the other chicks can help you out.
