  • Thought I should share my latest find... No Pudge brownies!

They're a bit more pricey than your typical brownie mix, but they are only 2 WW points (prepared). You just mix the brownie mix with no-fat vanilla yogurt and bake. They absolutely satisfy a sweets cravings without putting you off plan.
  • Those are my favorite too! To prevent overdoing it, I just make a single serving (110 cals) in a small pyrex dish in the microwave. The instructions for that are on the side of the box.
  • I could not stick to just one, so I don't think I'll be trying them. Thanks for posting about it, though.

Hmm...maybe I could try the method of making one at a time. I am trying to stay away from chocolate for now.

  • Can you post some of the other nutritional info? Fat, carbs etc. Are these available in the regular grocery store?
  • I will post more nutrition info when I get home from work today. And yes, they were available from Safeway, so I assume most grocery stores carry them. It's a tall thin bright pink box, with a pig on the front with a tape measure around her waist... No Pudge is the brand.

I'll update with more nutrition facts as soon as I get a chance!
  • Here ya go

This is for the original version described above. (from their website) Unfortunately, it's for the dry mix, and not the prepared product...which I HATE!!!!

Ingredients: Pure Sugar Cane, Dutch Cocoas, Cornstarch, Salt, Unbleached Wheat Flour, Egg Whites, Wheat Gluten, Baking Soda.

Okay, Sassy, I'm confused. For the individual brownies, what about all the other ingredients? Is it just the cocoa mix and the yogurt? Cause that sounds yummy, but I can't see how it makes a brownie. (chocolate yogurt... mmmm.)

  • sounds yummy- I'm always on the lookout for chocolate that fits in with the plan!
