I was looking for other people who are currently enrolled at the Shawnee, KS Slim 4 Life or other ones in the area for that matter. I wanted to know how your dieting is going. Mine has been wonderful. I've lost over 100lbs already and I'm not slowing down now.
Does anyone have any helpful hints for people on Slim 4 Life that could help with our weight loss?

I go to the shawnee S4L center. I've lost about 10lbs in 2 weeks. I'm excited, but I'll be more excited later on. Right now I'm only losing weight that I've gained back in the last year or so. Once I've re-lost all that weight I'll get more excited....
