Just thought that some would like to know that i actually found a soy milk that doesnt just taste good on cereal, The brand is Westsoy you can get it in low fat (thats what i tried) and i got it in vanilla flavor, I know i cant speak for all but i thought it was tasty

Hi, I drink soy milk too! I just discovered the 1% - good. I use the chocolate soy milk in shakes. I just wanted to confirm that we DON'T use this as a diary product. I mean that on the bottom of the journal, we're not to check of "diary"?

I like chocolate covered soy nuts the best!
