I was wondering if you all would join me in saying Good-Bye to my first 100 pounds.
I didn’t lose this all since I started here, obviously, but since I decided to change my lifestyle on August 20, 2003. It took a long time, but no matter how long it took they are gone. I am also .1 away from being normal (at least in the terms of BMI ). I still have 30 pounds to go but I am feeling pretty proud of myself (especially since I lost 2 more pounds the week of Christmas and my birthday) and the last 30 seem a lot more achievable than the first 30 did. I’m only SOOOO glad that I found you all and only wish that I had found you sooner. Thank you all for helping me and supporting me. I appreciate my new forum friends more than I could ever express in mere words.
