  • I'm struggling with this new range too, Laurel. I want my 25 back without being over 150 again. I'm just below the top now, and that is without counting nighttime eating, which I just can't seem to cut out.

    A run around day. Did some work, went to the gym, went to the mall. Basically a good day.

  • Myra - I think you are doing wonderfully - and I think you will surprise yourself even with some 25 point days. I lost most of my weight after "slipping" under 150. And this was under the old points system where I could eat up to 25 pts per day. I lost 20 lbs this way. Even last year when I started this post at 143 I relost the weight - and even a few more still eating up to 25.
