I know S4L is in limited areas -- just wondering if any are frequenting this board. It's my first week, I had my 3-day slim start and I'm on day 1 of the program... and down 5 lbs... I know it won't always go this quickly, but I'm pretty excited about 5 lbs in 4 days! And I'm totally amazed that I didn't have the massive headache I was expecting.

Anyway, I'm looking forward to participating in ONEderland.
